ΒιΆΉΒγΑΔ's Frank Willard presents keynote at virtual international summit

Frank Willard, Ph.D., professor of anatomy in the ΒιΆΉΒγΑΔ College of Osteopathic Medicine, recently delivered the keynote lecture at the 2020 Fascia Research Online Summit to a crowd of more than 800 virtual participants.
The two-day virtual summit was organized by the (FRS) and was presented to an international audience of osteopathic physicians, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and health professionals from various other disciplines.
Willardβs presentation, βEmbryological development of visceral and pharyngeal fasciae,β was given during the summitβs first day of activities on Wednesday, May 20.
The FRS encourages and supports the dialogue and collaboration between clinicians, researchers, and academicians to further understanding of fasciae, which are bands of connective tissue beneath the skin that attach, stabilize, enclose, and separate muscles and other internal organs.
