The shark sonogram seen around the world: International media reports on James Sulikowski's ultrasound research

Several media outlets from around the world have picked up the story of tiger shark research conducted by James Sulikowski, Ph.D., professor of Marine Sciences at the ΒιΆΉΒγΑΔ.
The articles discuss how Sulikowski uses sonogram technology to study the sharksβ reproductive behavior. As seen on βShark Weekβ on Discovery, Sulikowski, collaborator Neil Hammerschlag and their research team applied an ultrasound to a 12Β½-foot tiger shark named Emily. The pregnant shark showed several pups, approximately 40-45 centimeters in total length.
