Jessica Healy gives two research presentations
Jessica Healy, BS, BA, a graduate student in the Masterβs of Public Health (MPH) program in ΒιΆΉΒγΑΔβs School of Community and Population Health, recently made two research presentations.
At the Maine Indoor Air Quality Councilβs annual conference in Portland Maine, held April 16-17, 2014, Healy exhibited her poster titled βClandestine Methamphetamine Labs and Their Effects on Air Quality,β a research endeavor that stemmed from a class project in her Environmental Health course.
Healy also presented βCalculating the Water Footprintβ at The National Rural Health Association Annual Convention in Las Vegas on April 23.
This presentation was made in collaboration with David Line Denali, Ph.D., LMSW, WEMT, an adjunct faculty member in the School of Community and Population Health, and Mary-Katherine Smith, Dr.PH, MPH, MCHES, of A.T. Still University. Healy, Denali and Smith are planning to continue collaborating on research endeavors in the future.
