Media cover ΒιΆΉΒγΑΔ Dental Careers Exploration Camp

The Associated Press ran a story June 26, 2011 on the ΒιΆΉΒγΑΔ's second annual β€œDental Careers Exploration Camp” for Maine high school students from June 26 through June 29 on the Portland Campus. The story was picked up by more than 30 online and other media venues, including the , MSNBC.com, the  and Kennebec Journal.

Twenty-eight high school students are registered to participate in this year’s program. Students will learn about various dental techniques on patient simulators, including preparing teeth, placing sutures and taking radiographs in addition to participating in discussions on sterilization, infection control and radiation safety.
